TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Standard rate
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 2 days before arrival.
If you cancel within 2 days before arrival, the total amount of the reservation will be charged to the credit card provided as a guarantee for the booking.
If you do not show up on the check-in day, the total amount of the reservation will be charged to the credit card provided as a guarantee for the booking.
- PALIO DATES (June 29&30-July 1&2-August 13,14,15&16) & STRADE BIANCHE (March 6, 7, 8) :
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
If you cancel within 14 days before arrival, the total amount of the reservation will be charged to the credit card provided as a guarantee for the booking.
If you do not show up on the check-in day, the total amount of the reservation will be charged to the credit card provided as a guarantee for the booking.
- Non-refundable rate:
In case of cancellation, the charged amount will not be refunded, but you can use it as a deposit for a future reservation within the year.

CHECK-IN
Check-in is with staff on site from 3 PM to 7 PM.
I kindly ask you to inform me of your arrival time by the day before, please.
LOCATION
AmiRooms is located in a pedestrian area where car access is not allowed, not even for taxis. The taxi can get as close as 40 meters from the location. If you arrive by car you have to park outside the ZTL
When you arrive on foot in front of the main entrance at Via Banchi di Sopra 15 (if it's closed, press the AmiRooms button on the intercom and the door will open automatically), enter and go forward until you find a glass door. Open the door and take the elevator immediately to the right. Choose the 3rd floor. When the elevator stops, exit and open the wooden door on your left. Go down the flight of stairs. You have arrived!
